Great strip is a must

My puppy chewed my wood strip. Iris was awesome. Responded to my email quickly. Got me my replacement strips (need to keep moccasin bed flap up in place). Quick shipping, sooo carefully packaged and loved her cute handwritten personal note!! One of my best customer service yet! Thank you!!! The cutest bed and very well made!!
