Cleaning Instruction

Cleaning your pet beds: (for t-shirts and tote bags, please scroll to the bottom) 

Moccasin Beds:

- Remove the suede ribbons and bentwood before cleaning.
- Spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap for a quick clean-up. Or use a vacuum to remove the fur.
- Machine washable in gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent
- Never use a washer with an agitator. Put the bed loosely inside a large mesh laundry bag or wash it alone.
- Air dry or tumble dry at a low heat setting; remove it promptly. Reshape the bed right away
- Do not bleach/ Use low heat iron when needed/ Do not dry clean

Sneaker Beds: (see below section for personalized name)

- Remove the shoelace and unbutton the tongue before cleaning. 
- Spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap for a quick clean-up. Or use a vacuum to remove the fur.
- Machine washable in gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent
- Never use a washer with an agitator. Put the bed loosely inside a large mesh laundry bag or wash it alone.
- Air dry or tumble dry at a low/medium heat setting; remove it promptly. Reshape the bed right away
- Do not bleach/ low heat iron on exterior only/ Do not dry clean

Sneaker Beds with personalized name logo

- Everything above plus "flip the bed inside out" before washing it in the machine.

Giant Slipper Beds:

- Remove the shoelace and cushion foam before washing
- Spot clean the cushion (foam) with a damp cloth if needed, gently shake the foam and lay dry. Do not put the foam in direct sunlight. Pls note the foam might turn yellowish over time, but it's completely normal and will not affect the performance and quality.
- Machine wash the bed cover on gentle cycle, cold water with mild detergent. Wash the bed alone inside the washer. Never use a washer with an agitator.
- Tumble dry at low/medium heat setting, dry it alone and remove it promptly. Reshape the bed right away
- Do not bleach/ Do not iron/ Do not dry clean

Cat Toys and Cardboard items:

They are not washable.

T- shirts:

- Machine wash inside out in warm or cold water with gentle cycle

- Wash with like colors; Only non chlorine bleach

- Tumble dry low inside out; For best result (minimize any winkles around the print) hang dry after wash.

- Low iron temp. DO NOT iron the print directly. If you must iron the print, make sure to use low heat and place a dish towel or cloth over the transfer.

- Do not dry clean

- Spot Clean - Hang to Dry

- Never put iron directly on the print. See instruction under t-shirt
